Questions

When do I receive my credits?

Credits are added to your balance once the family you referred has completed and paid for a minimum of 5 hours of lessons.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

No. You can refer as many families as you like. Each successful referral earns you credits.
Can tutors also refer families?

Yes. Tutors who recommend new families receive a bonus on top of their regular pay once the referred family completes 5 hours.
Does the referred family need to mention my name?

No — that's the beauty of it. Since you fill in both your details and theirs, we already have the connection. No code, no link to share.
How are credits applied?

Credits are automatically deducted from your next invoice. They appear as "Lesson Credit" in your Axiom Academic billing section.
